What leads to referrals? Surprisingly, a lot of wedding photographers believe the only factor is the quality of work they delivered. They seem to think by providing excellent service, they are entitled and likely to get referrals from their clients.
While there is no denying that quality of work will (and should) remain the primary reason for referrals, there’s a lot more to it than that. If you want to maximize your chances of getting referrals, and maximize the number of referrals you get, you need to be doing a lot more.
